At AT Motocross, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure that all tags remain attached and the product shows no signs of track use or installation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AT Motocross account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage to helmets or plastics during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
